Decks

We work only with JART decks with high concave. It is made in Europe (Spain) with hard rock maple from Canada.
Youcan choose between this different shapes for your custom board : 7.5 7.6 7.75 7.9 8 et 8.125 inches

Our digital printing technic

To decorate your custom board, we use a very thin adhesive film of vynil printed with digital hardware, that allows to print in very high definition.
Once it is printed, the vynil film is applied on the board and cut by hand to fit perfectly.
Our new vynil film (thickness less than 80 micron!) garanties a perfect touch and it worn just like serigraphied boards.

Respect of the environnement

The process we use to print custom board use Ecosolvent inks, that contains no heavy solvents. It contains as well no harmful substances and it,s not damaging environement.
